Mr. Cangelosi has over 18 years of experience in developing and structuring complex real estate transactions in the Tri-State, particularly those that combine an element of affordable housing with federal low-income housing tax credits or historic rehabilitation tax credits, along with other state, county, local, and private financing sources. Mr. Cangelosi has led award-winning mixed-use development efforts in the region, representing over 4,500 new and substantially renovated housing units that required over $2 billion in private and government funding.

In 2023, Mr. Cangelosi was named as a “Top 20 Real Estate Influencer in New Jersey” by ROI-NJ. In 2022, he was named a South Jersey Biz “20 Under 40”, as well as in the “Next Generation of Leaders” by ROI-NJ and “Community Leader of the Year” by Rutgers University School of Nursing—Camden.

Mr. Cangelosi serves on a variety of non-profit boards throughout the Philadelphia region. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Georgetown University and has completed coursework within Rutgers University’s Master of Business Administration program.
